  Lynn Butler-Kisber, is a Professor in the Department of Integrated Studies in Education at McGill University in Montreal. She is currently the Director of the Centre for Educational Leadership, and of the Graduate Certificate Programs in Educational Leadership. She teaches courses on language arts, qualitative research, and teacher education. Her research and development activities have focused on classroom processes, literacy learning, student engagement, educational leadership, professional development, and qualitative methodologies. She is particularly interested in feminist/equity issues, and the role of arts-based analysis and representation in qualitative research.
